SALE OF LIQUOR
Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18. It is also illegal for you to purchase wine from us if you are under 18 or to falsify your details in order to buy wine. We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time

By purchasing products from our website, you confirm and acknowledge that:

All products are sold subject to availability. Some promotional items may be limited in quantity. We shall not be responsible for any inability to supply products due to stock shortages or unavailability.

All invoices and notices will be sent to the preferred contact method you have provided. It is your responsibility to update your contact details as necessary.

You may opt out of Tiwaiwaka Wines emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in our communications. Your personal details (excluding credit card details) will be securely stored in our system. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled. However, wine may be returned under the terms of our 100% Guarantee.

All intellectual property rights related to the Tiwaiwaka Wines website, including written, graphic, and other material, are owned by Tiwaiwaka Wines, its licensors, and product providers. No part of these terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property. Any infringement will be enforced under New Zealand law.

JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

AMENDMENTS

Tiwaiwaka Wines is a family business, run by husband and wife team Morton and Elise Anderson. From grape growing to pouring a tasting glass at cellar door and everything in between, Morton and Elise do it all.
