Late Harvest Semillon
Wet growing conditions led to botrytis (noble rot) growth so the grapes were left to shrivel and were picked late with concentrated flavours and sugar. Dehydrated apricot and ginger spice on the nose leads to a generous palate with a sweet finish.
Distinctive ripe fruit characters of Merlot shows plum and blackcurrant aromas that lead to a rich full palate with ripe fruit tannins.
Very low cropping vines have led to this dark brooding Pinot Noir with dark cherry and mocha notes on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with ripe fruit tannins that are softening with time.
Whole bunch pressed then fermented in oak barrels. Apple, pear and stonefruit notes on the nose, which extend to the palate demonstrate the mouth watering juiciness of cool climate Chardonnay.
This wine is a 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes. Tropical notes of pineapple and passionfruit are mixed with citrus aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The palate has generous fruit and off dry finish.
A 50/50 blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes gives this Rosè a fullness and richness on the palate with a creamy textured finish.
